Description
Aim7 MATRA Ultra D2 1.375X24 Booster Housing & Breek Arms 2BO
This can also be used with the EXPLORR® utility mount series.
The booster housing itself is manufactured from solid, high-temperature corrosion-resistant 17-4 Stainless Steel, and then H900 heat treated to maximize service life and has a lustrous black nitride finish. The outer thread pitch of the housing itself is 1.375×24, a common industry standard for many 1.5″ tube body suppressors. This thread pitch is also known as HUB, universal, and others. Our booster piston springs (replacements available separately), manufactured from 17-7 stainless steel wire, offer excellent resistance to corrosion, superior fatigue properties, and exceptional rigidity and durability. The booster housing piston retainer nut is constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum, with type 3 mil-spec hard coat anodizing. The thread pitch of the booster housing piston retainer nut is 1.125×28, this is the same booster housing piston retainer nut utilized by the Pistol suppressor booster housing assembly.
This booster housing (available for purchase by itself) is a great option for customers who would like to keep a 3-lug interface assembled in a booster housing and would like to simply swap booster housings when changing between fixed barrel and tilt barrel applications. This is also a great option for form 1 builders who need a booster assembly to make their firearm reliably cycle when suppressed.

The 2BO Double Port Muzzle brake was designed to reduce recoil and muzzle rise. This allows the shooter to stay on target and take follow-up shots quickly. This is important when speed and accuracy make the difference such as in competitive shooting or self-defense situations.
The brake is machined out of 4140 steel, heat-treated for hardness, and nitrided to offer exceptional strength and durability. The 2BO’s large 90-degree ports mitigate recoil and muzzle rise, countering the force generated through firing. This produces less blowback resulting in higher overall shooter comfort. It features a sleek design that integrates seamlessly with any system, maintaining a clean appearance that looks great on any firearm.

Breek Arms’ lineup of Outside Threaded Muzzle Devices is an affordable upgrade that gives you the option to run a flash hider or muzzle brake while utilizing our Breek Arms Castle Blast Shield as a forward blast diverter or concussion device. Simply slide the Blast Shield over the outside of the muzzle device and thread the Blast Shield on. This gives the shooter a more pleasant experience when firing especially for shorter platforms that tend to have an overbearing concussion. The added durability of an updated heat-treating process increases reliability for higher muzzle pressures. Installation of all Breek Arms muzzle devices is very straightforward and requires basic hand tools.
